The honest questions.
01What counts as a change?
Text edits, swapping images, adding a page or section, updating prices, posting a news item, small layout tweaks. We track time against your monthly hours and tell you before anything goes over.
02What if I need more changes than my plan allows?
Small overflow we usually absorb. For larger work we quote up front at a fair rate, or move you to a higher plan if it happens often.
03Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Give us a month's notice and we help you move your domain and content out cleanly.
04Do I own the site?
You own your domain, your content, and your brand. The site is built on standard web technology, and if you leave we hand over your content and files.
05What happens to my data if I leave?
We export your content, images, and any form or booking data and hand it over, then remove it from our servers after a short grace period. This is set out in plain terms in our agreement.
06Why .co.za only?
We focus on South African businesses and build for POPIA. That focus keeps the service fast, local, and accountable.
07Do I need a .co.za already, or can you register one for me?
If you have one, we move it across. If you do not, we register it for you and include it in your plan. You never deal with a registrar or a renewal.
08Is the site POPIA-compliant?
Yes. Every site ships with a POPIA-aligned privacy policy and a cookie consent that respects a no. We collect only what your site needs to work.
