No. If you have one, we transfer it across. If you do not, we register it for you and include it in your plan. You never deal with a registrar.

Is the domain renewal really included?

Yes. The .co.za registration sits inside your monthly fee. There is no separate renewal invoice, ever, while you are with us.

How many email addresses do I get?

Mailboxes at your own @yourdomain.co.za, scaled to your plan: 3 on Basic, 10 on Plus, and 25 on Managed Business. We set them up and help you connect them to your phone and laptop.

What happens to my domain and email if I leave?

They are yours. We help move the domain to a registrar of your choice, export your email, and hand everything over cleanly.

We manage your DNS so the domain, website, and email all point where they should.
SSL is issued and renewed automatically, so the padlock never lapses.
Domain registration renews inside your monthly fee, with no separate bill.
