The monthly model, in plain English

A traditional web project ends the day the site goes live, and then you are on your own. A monthly package does not end. You pay a once-off setup fee to design and build the site, then a flat monthly fee that keeps it hosted, secure, current, and looked after for as long as you are with us.

For most small businesses this is the calmer, cheaper path. There is no big bill every time you need a change, and no slow decay between expensive redesigns.

Setup fee plus monthly plan

Basic

R3,999 setup, then R599/month. A 1 to 3 page site on our managed Johannesburg platform, with 1 hour of changes a month. Founder rate, standard R699.

Plus

R12,999 setup, then R1,499/month. Up to 10 pages on a dedicated server, blog, smart forms, analytics, and 3 hours of changes a month. Founder rate, standard R1,799.

Managed Business

From R39,999 setup, then from R4,999/month. Bookings, payments, WhatsApp notifications, a customer portal, and 8 hours of changes a month. Founder rate, standard from R5,999.

How changes work

You email us what you need: a new price list, a seasonal banner, an extra service page, a news post. We track the time against your monthly hours and tell you before anything goes over. Turnaround is 48 hours on Plus and same-day for urgent work on Managed Business.

Ownership and cancellation

Your domain, content, and brand are yours. Plans are month to month with one month's notice to cancel, and we hand over your content and files cleanly if you go. The full detail lives in our terms, written in plain English.

Questions buyers ask

01 Why a setup fee and a monthly fee?
The once-off setup fee covers the real work of designing and building your site. The monthly fee covers hosting, the domain, email, monitoring, and a set number of change hours. It keeps the monthly price low and honest.
02 Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content, and your brand, and you own the final site we build for you. If you leave, we export your content and files and help you move.
03 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Give us one calendar month's notice and we help you move your domain and content out cleanly.
04 What happens if I need more changes than my plan allows?
Small overflow we usually absorb. For larger work we quote up front at a fair rate, or move you to a higher plan if it happens often.
05 Is the domain really included?
Yes. We register or transfer your .co.za and include it in the monthly price. You never see a separate domain renewal invoice.
