What does the R3,999 setup fee cover?

It covers the once-off work to get you live: registering or transferring your .co.za domain, designing and building your 1 to 3 page site, setting up your email, SSL, and the POPIA privacy policy and cookie consent. After that you pay only the flat R599 a month, our founder rate while we are new.

Is the .co.za domain really included with no renewal bill?

Yes. We register or transfer your .co.za, manage it for you, and the renewal sits inside your monthly plan. You never receive a separate registrar invoice and you never risk a lapsed domain. You own the domain throughout, and we hand it over cleanly if you ever leave.

What can I change with my 1 hour a month?

Text edits, swapping a photo, updating your prices or opening hours, adding a small section, fixing a typo. You send the request and we make the change. An hour covers the steady small updates a 1 to 3 page site needs. If a request is bigger, we tell you before we start.

Can I move up to Plus later without rebuilding?

Yes. Basic is built on the same foundations as the higher tiers, so moving to Plus gets you a dedicated Johannesburg server with its own IP, more pages, a blog, and a second language without starting over. Plans are month to month, so you upgrade whenever your business is ready.

You do not need to know anything technical. We register the domain, build the site, set up your email, and look after all of it. You send work our way and get on with running your business.

Who should choose another tier

You have many services, need a blog, a second language, or app features like bookings or payments. Look at Plus or Managed Business. Plus adds a dedicated Johannesburg server with its own IP, up to 10 pages, a blog you can update, and a second language. Managed Business adds bookings, payments, WhatsApp notifications, and a customer portal for a site that does real work. Basic keeps things lean on purpose, so if you already know you will outgrow three pages quickly, start a tier up.
